Maintenance Technician:
Wellspring is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc., preferably in residential maintenance.
- Experience with work order management applications is preferred.
- $21-$25 per hour
Conditions of Employment:
- This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.
- This position requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.
- A dependable vehicle, valid drivers' license, and maintaining automotive insurance is required.
- Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement, when applicable.
